No worries, I'm glad you said something. Most people don't give a sh!t and ruin everything. Trust me, I'm not out there to give us a bad name. My tool box is even still full of all the trash I picked up along the way.

Took a nice 4 day trip up to the north rim of the Grand Canyon for Memorial Day. Avoided the heat and got some amazing views while up there. Drove out to Pointe Sublime while we were there. I’ve never seen bison before in the wild and it was a cool experience.

A few more pics. It was tough coming back down to the heat in the valley, highs up there in the 60’s and lows in the 30’s will be missed.

A bison hunt would be awesome! I’ve got a Henry lever action 45-70 that would be appropriate for that hunt.

I’d miss it too! A guy at work is trying to buy mine and the cash is hard to pass up. I don’t shoot it a lot so I have some pondering to do.

Don't sell it! I sold one of my Garands and I am still pissed off about it. I did purchase a nice 1903A3 with the money but still regret it. I don't plan on selling anything except one of my K98 mausers, have two about the same and no ammo!

I agree with you to a point, some of my WWII stuff is priceless to me. I shoot enough now that I will not sell anything but there are a couple that only get taken out for special people/occasions. My comp guns and regular use ones anyone can shoot.

I run a shelter for non loved Colt commanders. I give them the love and lube that they have been lacking and bring them back from years of neglect and abuse that they are subjected to . When that are of sound mind then we take them out to play in the southwest desert where the can sling fmj's till their hearts content . Lmk

Not really a Grammar Nazi. More of just being an ass. I really couldn't care either way on the grammar

Went to Woods Canyon lake this weekend with my wife and a couple of her coworkers for a father's day camping trip. Power parked at Aspen campground. Then took the desert to tall pines highway home. Dodged traffic and got some great views.
