ARIZONA TOYOTA MEET 2017

I live with 3 women and they have 2WD or AWD but low clearance. Plus the ice accumulates and makes it hard for the cars not to slide down.

 

Yup. One of my co-workers lives in NY and she can't understand why I live in AZ because it's so 'hot' here.


I told her:

I've never had to shovel the heat off my car to get to work
I've never owned a heat plow to clear off my driveway of the heat to leave my house.
I've never been 'heated' inside my house and can't leave
I've never hit 'black heat' on the road where my car lost control due to it.
We do the same shit when it's hot as you do when it's cold. Stay in side. (or in our case, go in the pool which is even better)

 

I don't mind shoveling some snow and when my snowblower gets in, boom, no problems. The only people who complain about the snow up here are just too weak to shovel it. It builds character. This harsh climate isn't for the delicate snowflake (despite the actual snowflakes here) and thats why most college kids leave over break which I am over come with joy about.

 

I will take 2 months of snow and being able to live in the mountains over being down in that oven I lived in my whole life.

Never fails that the sirens get going within 20 minutes of a light misting. So glad I don't take the freeways to get to work... the surface streets are bad enough.

People get pissed and fly around me because I'm driving the speed limit. Have fun when you're on the phone with insurance for rear ending someone at the next stop light, fuckers!

 

I see we live in similar conditions haha, if my driveway wasnt so angled(wont be on the next house) I wouldnt worry about snow removal

 

Haha, just saw on Facebook there's some sort of Lamborghini run thing a bunch of dudes are doing today. They had to pull over because of the rain

 

Ya I'm out. Families in town.

poor snowflakes. As bad as it is up here with brain washed college kids it really isnt too bad considering.

 

Time to pick up Bacon. Went to work at 4pm yesterday got home at 730am today took a nap and set my alarm to get some Bacon.

 

So this could be bad.....:
My wife showed a co worker the picture of the meet spot, and they said that looks like the overflow parking area normally used for boats and that it's locked.... I get off work in a few then going to try to give her a call to verify info and stuff, but did anyone actually check or call about the access of this area besides just wondering about the need or not on the pass?
