    Since a decision has yet to be made on the drivetrain issue for the Tacoma, my focus has shifted back to the BMW. No mods, but just cruising with my fellow AZ BMWers...

    Here's a recent pic;

    So, after chatting with Amir (Sandman)... I contacted his buddy who fabricated his jerry-can mounts. Here's a few pics of Amir's;

    I just read all 21 pages of these post. 1st off, your truck is completely proportioned and looks like a sick Mo' Fffffrr! I'm guessing a lot of people on here have their trucks paid off. I traded in my 06 Offroad DBSB for a 10 Sport DBSB. All I've done is Intake w/K&N 66 Series. I really want to do an exhaust system but am pulled so many ways as what to do. I don't want "Rasp" and I also don't want to spend ass loads of money on her yet.
    If I do a cat-back now, can I add headers later?
    What cat-back would I want, and how much am I really looking at installed? I live in Tucson. Thanks guys and damn your trucks are sick.

    Thanks for the feedback. I grew up in Tucson and went to the UofA... so I know Tucson all too well.

    And yes, you can add headers at any time you so wish. We have a AZ group drive coming up on Saturday, September 18, it's been in the works for a long time. There's currently 39 people signed up! The trail is all vehicle friendly, so noone will really need to push the limits of their vehicle. With that many people there, you will be able to listen to all exhaust tunes and tones, and then you can determine which you like best. Some of the Tucson folks would probably even help you install the exhaust (free). TacomaWorld is good people.

    Here's the thread, you should join. Tons of folks from Tucson are also making the trail run;

    1. Spoke today with Brandon (Avid Offroad)... he is going to make me a low-profile basket that sits in my existing Thule roof rack! He's busy right now, but it should be done in 4-6 weeks.

    2. Spoke today with Ken (Sandman's friend) who is going to fabricate me a two jerry can rig for the bed of the truck. There are a few pictures of the one built for Sandman on page 21 of this build thread.

    Damn mods never stop.

    Dude... your internet needs to be turned off. You do more midnight web-shopping then I do. Ask my girlfriend... "it's a problem." But her shopping for clothing everyday isn't... gotta love equality.
