Sounds like the Ark fender well splash guards may not allow enough clearance with the control arm and sensor wiring. Appears while off road the splash guards pinch some sensor wiring. Anyone else have an issue? It’s about a $500 repair not covered under warranty.

I heard of this being an issue but it’s super easy to trim the ark front splash guards. I had to trim mine just to make them fit. Just trim enough off to clear any lines.

The only moving line I see is bolted to the A arm, and it appears to have enough space from the Arc guard to move and up and down without rubbing. It would be good to know exactly where the contact point is.

Something tells me they didn't test these fender liners offroad...

Not that the buyers of them will actually go offroad anyways LOL

Are you talking about the ABS wire / ABS sensor / ABS sensor harness / Wheel speed sensor/ Wheel speed sensor harness? (It’s called several different things.)

If so, DO NOT pay $500 to have that fixed. The OEM part costs less than $100, or you can buy an even cheaper aftermarket one, and you can replace it in 10 minutes at home with just a 10mm (?) wrench and a tiny flathead screwdriver.

It’s the wheel speed sensor (I think). Unfortunately, dropped my car off before heading out for travel so they have at the stealership. I will post photos when I return.
