I'm curious if they will eventually offer a 30" light cutout

Yeah that’s true and you’d have to change how you would mount the light bar on the inside.

    Just ordered!

Also I get my kit today... Excited!

Weird question but.. roughly how many pounds of wore do you go through per bumper? Am I wrong to think 2lbs isn't enough and that I'll need a second roll?

Probay asked already, but is a 220 welder necessary or can a 110 do the job?

You can use a 110 with no problem. It's only 3/16" so the 110 will be able to handle it.

    Awesome, thanks. Oneore question.

Is it fairly straight forward piecing all the parts together and keeping everything lined up properly and straight?

I would be interested at a lower price if they offered the bumper kit without the bull bar and the light bar cutout.

Cheaper than $300? Wow, can't please everyone apparently :rofl:I would think (even though you are omitting things) that different than the norm would mean more money. I imagine the reason they are able to offer these at $300 is they can bulk order everything the same and they don't have to put the labor in to assembling them.
