I’ve been looking around for a decent vinyl floor replacement for the carpet in my truck. I’d prefer not to try the DIY stuff like spraying with bedliner (allegedly it off gasses for the life of the material, also provides no insulation or sound deadening) or second gen vinyl (not confident a heat gun and flexing would provide a good fit).

It appears Armorlite is coming out with a third gen floor which includes a tough vinyl layer with insulation and a well-structured design. They’ve been making floors for Jeeps and Broncos for a while, I’m wondering if anyone has any experience with this company’s products in other vehicles and can recommend towards or against it. It will probably run around $800 based on the other vehicle options they offer.

Carpet delete is appealing to me, I’m in Michigan and deal with lots of salt on my shoes in winter which inevitably has escaped my husky floor liners in all my vehicles. I do love the husky liners but they’re still not a 100% protective solution for the carpet, and my dog is a German Shepherd/Husky/Malinois mix and sheds like an absolute demon depending on season. She’s riding around with me probably a good third of the time I drive my truck and no matter what, the carpeting under the seats becomes covered with hair in a matter of weeks and I have to remove the seats and vacuum with a shop vac every few months or more in summer and fall when we are camping frequently.

I don't track hard mud or anything into the truck so a floor I can just take a soapy brush to and wipe up is extremely appealing. Let me know if anyone has any experience with this type of install or product!
