Little outing yesterday ,just enough to get the truck dirty

 

Never ceases to amaze me, how much the color of this truck changes with the light, and cloud cover. got rained on so it's a bit dirty, but yet another shade of green once the sun came out.

 

Very crazy, I’ve never seen a paint change like that. I guess my favorite is the full sun shining glow when it seems like a lighter shade of AG

 

Took AG to the beach - trying to find some sand they’ll let me on looks impossible

 

AG really trying to get her toes in the sand ...... the search continues

 

ordered mine in late october 2020, got it in the beginning of April. Took about 5 months, but the wait was so worth it to get the truck you want!

 

This is one that the dealer ordered and it had the 3 major packages I was after. My salesman called me and said this is on order, if you want it, but a deposit on it and when it comes in, it will have your name on it. He said the first of June it would be here but between him and I he said before the end of the month so, we'll see.

 

Awesome, so since he already ordered it it should take less time than the 5 it took for me. I also had put a deposit for $500 towards purchase price to "reserve" the truck. Hope it gets here soon!

 

Beautiful weather today! I spent almost the entire morning and afternoon working on the pool and then giving Odie a much-needed bath I. Love. Hot. Weather...and this truck.

 

Good bye AG brothers! Sold my AG for 47k today! It was never my intent to sell the truck but I couldn't let go of the offer! Looking to return to the team with a AG LB later in the year when prices stabilize. Still part of Tacoma World with my white.

I posted in on craigslist only to test the waters. I never thought I would have so many inquiries at the asking price. Long story short, the folks came to look at the truck from PHX to Tucson (about a 1.5 hour drive) and they accepted to buy at the asking price and we met earlier at my bank to certify the funds of the purchase. I must admit I feel disoriented without my AG but I couldn't pass on the offer. Truck only had 1,500 miles.

Thanks, its a crazy market out there (in our favor). I recently made a deal with another Toyota dealership to trade in my 2018 White Long Bed Sport with only 3,800 miles. Long story short, the new Tacoma is a 2021 White Long Bed Off-road with pretty much the same options (e.g. tech package, etc.). I am doing an even trade, I am getting 40k for the trade and the new one at a discounted price of 40k. I am literally only paying for the $500 doc fees and registration. Total out the door will be $1,100. The truck is being build on May 20 and expected to arrive at the end of the month. This give me time to buy some other Taco takeoffs to keep my new 33inch BFGs. I will also be taking off my 6112s and replacing with the original shocks which I kept. Also removing my OEM pro grill and predator steps.

 

I've been tossing the idea of selling my AG taco, maybe i need to re-think my asking price!
