Are you enjoying your Boreas XT?

I have the opportunity to pick one up locally and on the fence.

Did you have to modify your suspension?

    Thanks

I wanted a better skid plate on my Offroad, but not the light gray and red of the stock Pro plate. So I got one and did a little painting.

Painting the letters was a PITA. I'll look harder for green replacements if these go bad.

    Welcome to Team Army Green!!

Here's my latest mod. I added a plug to my right front tire after running over a spring in the road. Luckily I was just a few miles from home and the pressure held so I was able to limp it home and repair it.

Ah shit COL, that sucks. I hit a metal object in the road yesterday. Couldn't avoid it. Made a terrible sound and I thought it bounced up and slammed into the door. Luckily my predator step must have deflected it. Step got chewed up, but body is untouched. I consider it a win. Glad you were able to patch it.

I opted out of the predator tube steps, good thing you didn't. I may have to reconsider something, for deflection purposes of course.

Looks like you guys have some bad forest fires in your area - I'm up in British Columbia and it seems like half the province is on fire right now:(

    A few.
What lift did you have installed?

Edit: I thought you had the TRD lift installed and they put the spring seats upside down going by how high the front is setting. Then I found another post where you mentioned getting a 4" spindle lift installed.

My concern is your alignment looks off in the front. The tires shouldnt be slanted in at the bottom that much and look how much the top of the tires are sticking out past the front fenders in comparison to the back tires..

Hi there! Thank you for the concern but this was right before I got it aligned, the alignment got that all squared away! It looks amplified here as well because these spindles kick the front wheels out .75" on each side

    Looks great!

Is that the factory TRD lift kit?

I’ve put a deposit down on an AG DCSB, and I’m debating on the lift kit.

Sliders are going on by the end of the week. Primer is on and finish will get started today.
I’m pretty impressed with these R4T sliders, every feature I wanted without sacrificing anything I needed.
    B788DA7D-ACDC-44AD-B7F1-6FACB0E4A748.jpg
Also been running this platform/slides I made and stained for a grand total of $63. It was almost too easy to make and couldn’t imagine running without it now.
