Also did a buncha small mods today. Got the Xpel XR Plus ceramic window tint (70% windshield, 20% on front windows, 35% on rears and rear window. Rear tint blends nicely and almost matched the fronts with the stock tint + 35%). Thanks to the forum I found this awesome tint.

I’ll snap a pic of the tint tomorrow, didn’t get around to it today in the daylight.

Next i installed Diode Dynamics SS3 sport fogs on amber (big ups to Mathew at DD for helping me out and hooking me up).

Lastly installed red DD map lights and white DD dome light.

Nope, straight down from the engine bay! Super easy and lots of workspace. If you’re not drinking while ya do it, you can do it right on the first try too (unlike me haha).

EDIT: surprisingly there’s only one screw holding each fog lamp in.

Already made a few cosmetic upgrades. I know some people don’t like lesser trims running pro grills but I really like the look :cool:0C3BA8E5-B4A7-4C5E-B035-329BC5E3BA39.jpg

Tacoma’s are the Glocks/AR-15s of the truck world. Infinite mods, infinite possibilities, infinite number of people who will love or hate your truck based on their own opinions. As long as you like it, nothing else matters as others have said already. I preface most of my posts with “just an opinion”. Congrats on the new truck brotha.

Oh I know, I’ve only driven stick shift sports cars for the last 14 years so obviously wanted to continue with stick on the truck. Wished so badly they made a LB 6spd but sadly they don’t. Eventually had the realization that the Tacoma was a truck and not a sports car and the LB would be way more useful to me than the stick. First automatic vehicle since high school and honestly couldn’t be happier. Plus now I have crawl control haha

First time Taco owner! I’ve been thinking of one for years now. Army Green convinced me to pull the trigger! 2021 TRD Sport. 8 miles to the odometer when I pulled it her off the lot!

Definitely will enjoy! I like chrome on old school. Really depends on the application.
