Curious if any new AG 2020 Pro owners found misaligned beds or rear bumpers. Seems to be a common complaint among Tacoma owners (my bumper was misaligned on my '19).

Didn't notice until I went out and looked - my left rear bumper gap is about 1/4" wider than on the right rear side.

My AG TRD PRO is on its way...very excited! Sold my 2002 4Runner, which was in mint condition, to my neighbor. He had been wanting it for years. I'm 49yrs old, fiscally conservative, and this will be my first new car purchase. Plan to keep this vehicle till I retire or they come out with an awesome electric alternative. I'm hoping it's as reliable as the 4Runner.

Thanks, Colonel! Saddens me that there are Tacoma buyers whom like to bash people who purchase the TRD Pro option. My wife and I have worked hard, invested wisely, and feel fortunate we can purchase a vehicle that fits our needs and love for long time. Don't be a hater, just be happy!

Haters gonna hate. Like you, we've worked hard and invested in order to be able to make purchases we want. Approaching retirement, it was time to get a new truck that will probably be my last. I'm not going to invest in suspension mods or put campers on it - those days are gone. But, I do live in an area where I'm often on rough roads, we chase for a hot air balloon company that sometimes takes us into dicey areas and I like having the upgraded suspension of the Pro. And, Army Green. I could just stop there.

In the end, I couldn't care less what others think of the Pro or our purchase. You're going to love your truck, as I do mine. Drive it in health and happiness...and screw the haters.

Get used to it. This forum is filled with Pro haters. I say fuch ‘em.

I bought a Pro for the amazing Fox suspension, every bell and whistle comes standard and the resale value is off the charts.

I was putting bed stiffeners on this weekend and noticed my left side was 1/8” out of square.

    I eyeballed mine - could be an 1/8th to a 1/4.

This truck is too fun to drive to have time for caring about any asshole's opinion.

I have to laugh when I stick my head into the thread with pictures of non-Pros with Pro mods. Saw one that even put Pro badges on it. It doesn't matter what Pro parts you put on it, or what aftermarket products you add to make it like a Pro, it's not a Pro, it's a Faux Pro or a Franken Pro.

In the end, we all get to like what we like and buy what we want/can afford. no one else gets a vote.

I guess I do not understand the bashing? We all have our own vision of what we want and what we want it for. If paying a little more for a Off-Road build that a majority of us want without the challenges of modifications then who should care. Once you start making the mods the warranty is null-n-void. There is so much new electronics now I want the warranty in place and for my use I want something I can rely on in the back country when camping, exploring and hunting (I am not a rock crawler but I do get off road in some precarious places from time-to-time). I have over 240,000 miles on my 1999 4-Runner with a lot of Colorado Pen-striping but am now concerned with potential metal fatigue while exploring in the back country. I too have saved over the years and actually had a different want in mind but am very glad I have waited for the TRD Pro, likely my last vehicle.
