What about the moose? Did you keep it for steaks?

First big mod to my 22 TRD OR. Went with 265/70R17’s to avoid any rubbing issues. Also thought white letters out to give just a little pop and contrast. I really just wanted to get rid of all the chrome ;) Overall super happy so far and very stoked, can’t wait to take it out off road. Next stop is upgrading thesuspension…:D

What did you use to wrap the shift knob?

The moose left the crash site on foot. Couldn't find it, gone. The truck was traveling at 50 mph hitting the moose with no brakes applied.

    So no steaks :(

Sorry that happened to ya man. Actually had a moose walk out in front of me the other day too. It was daylight so traffic saw it, but there was a Subaru Crosstrek driver just ahead of me who decided to keep going and almost regretted it. He just casually walked across the 4 lane road... But occasionally at night coming home from a town that's roughly 90 miles away, I see them all the time. I got a super bright LED bar and ditch lights, so that makes a huge difference. Looks like you had oncoming traffic too. Anyways, glad you are safe. Is it all being taken care of? Are you eating moose for the foreseeable future? lol.

The moose got up and walked away in the same direction it came from. Didn't cross the road.
    Tough animals!

Any issues with the front hoop and the TSS sensor in the grill?

Just got some wrap - any tricks to taking the shift knob apart? Figured I'd ask before I started trying to pull pieces off.

It’s been a few weeks, but I removed the chrome “Tacoma” badges and the “V6” badge from my truck. Took off the dealership sticker as well as the TRD Off Road stickers too.
Christmas is my favorite time of the year but having red TRD OR stickers on a AG truck was a little much for me. I thought about getting the stickers in another color scheme but I like the de-badged look. I also don’t care if people don’t know it’s an OR model.
