Army Green thread: let’s keep it green!

Added a couple things to the Tacoma yesterday. upTop alpha roof rack, upTop bed rack, extreme led light bar, Baja designs scene pods, maxtrax traction boards (mounted on the passenger side of the bed rack), trigger 6 shooter to control all of the lights, and a hi-lift jack (mounted on the back of the bed rack).

 

Picked this up in SLC on 2/10, went skiing for a couple days then drove back to Denver. So far I've installed a dashcam and wheel locks. Loving it so far!

Looks great. Curious, even with the trigger, what harness did you use to get power to the pods?

 

The Trigger comes with the wiring harness, they are like any ordinary wiring harness (they just plug into each other, all you do is solder or crimp the positive wires together), there are 6 that come out of the unit. I can snap a pic of it later if you’d like?

dont go out of your way. I bought the scene pods during a sale a few months ago, and struggling with what harness to go with.

 

Are you trying to run them all at the same time, or independently? I have 2 switches for how mine are set up, one for the left pair of scene pods and the other for the right pair of pods.

I see. So they plug into the unit, but the switches to the unit are wireless. Cool. Thanks for posting. Pricey, but a good option.

 

Well, was just going to go with all on, or all off, but I like that you can split them up like that.

 

The new colors are slowly starting to grow on me...
