I like that we're seeing more and more mod'd AG trucks out in the wild in this thread.

It's from Martin Off Road, the "knock off" version of the Prinsu but less expensive. I love it. No negatives to speak of. Not too windy, unless I open the sunroof. I've carried 2 13' kayaks on it on J hooks. Plywood. Fence panels. Been on for a while, no rust and isn't loose.

I was hoping to get some advice on lift options for my Tacoma. I've been looking at the Eibach stage 1 (lowest clip setting) with 1.5" AAL (remove overload) or the Fox stage 1 from Headstrong. I'm not trying to lift it to much, I just want a level stance that won't make my 265/75 16's look too small. I have no desire to go up to 285's especially with gas prices now. Any advice/ help would be greatly appreciated. This is how my truck sets now. 20220604_105847.jpg

It sticks out for sure, I don't know how much over the stock "chin". The bars absolutely stick out further. Actually I'll just go measure it right now...

Ok, roughly 4 inches out measuring from the grill. Both the front bar and the shackle mounts.

I did the install in my driveway. Not terribly difficult. Did most of it in one afternoon. The hardest part really is just cutting the plastic bumper cover portion, trying to keep the lines straight but not cut too much. Here's a few pics of the process I took. They also have a good instructional video on YouTube for it. Honestly, the light weight of the outer shell is fantastic. The steel winch cradle is very heavy but absolutely sturdy. Using a jack and a couple stands I was able to do it all myself. Everything is fairly easy to access once you pull the plastic bumper cover off. I don't have a bad thing to say about @Backwoods Adventure Mods, either. Good comms, fast shipping (I'm only one state over).

Nope, bought mine new last year in May from that dealership. Probably the same guy was my rep. He had the same truck at the time.

Anyone here with a ceramic coat on their AG taco? Really excellent detailer here does the Kenzo ceramic coat and says it’ll gloss up the paint quite a bit. $1500 for the whole truck. 7 year warranty on it. Trying to decide if I should get it on my 2022.
