Ah yes, that makes sense. I remember now the truck I’m waiting on has the tech package with RCTA - and it said something about that package “requires color-keyed rear bumper.”

Don’t threaten me with a good time! Mine has done it twice now. I’m all for adding more miles of good stories to the odometer

Tech package is probably one thing on the truck I didn’t know I needed. I didn’t want it but I’m so glad I got it. That adaptive cruise control on the highway and the backup sensors are awesome for helping back up into the garage. Some people complain about it but I’m a fan.

My truck came with trd exhaust as a dealer add on. I think it sounds good. As far as difference in power.....truck came with it so I have nothing to compare it to. Is it worth $650? That's up to the individual that buys it. To some the extra exhaust note is worth even thousands of dollars......my example
......meh.....I could take it or leave it.

There are many trim packages available. Trd off road will have chrome
Trail edition will have body color.
There are other trim examples as well.
Also I've heard the technology packages require body color on some models.

Mine is a sr5 Trail edition which comes with body color but the dealer added other blacked out badging and black pro rims.

I could use some mileage. Had mine for 14 months and only have 8k on it. I work 1.5 miles from the house lol.

I used to have a cement 2018 sport. The factory exhaust on it just buzzed like a bee. I couldn’t get used to it so I put the TRD pro exhaust on it to get a deeper sound. I watched and listened to all the videos before I made the swap and it seemed like it’d be a big improvement over what I had. It didn’t disappoint plus I like the way it looks. When I traded my sport in on my 21 AG OR I kept the pro exhaust. The 21 OR exhaust was totally quiet which was quite appealing but I had this pro exhaust propped up in my garage so I made the swap. I agree it’s louder but I like to hear my truck going through the gears. I’ve actually thought about going back to the all quiet factory exhaust that’s now propped up in the corner of my garage. Just haven’t made my mind up yet. They both have good qualities but that 18 sport exhaust was horrible.

The trd exhaust on mine is definitely not "buzzy". I've never owned a vehicle with modified exhaust till this one and when I picked It up from the dealership I was pleasantly surprised at the sound from the truck. Yes it's nice to hear the truck going through the gears and it's a throaty sound not buzzy. My wife was funny when I accelerated the first time with her in it......she was smiling.

Looks good. What is the brand on the soft topper? How was the install of it?

Got some fact-tree predator side steps from a 2021 tacoma for sale. No idea how much a barely used set is really worth. What do you all think? I get the “$5 crowd” is out there, but not looking to gouge anyone either. I see new ones for $350, but these have 15k miles on em.

Thanks for the pic, was wondering what the tan topper looked like on the long bed. I got the Diamondback HD on there now but I like having multiple options for different scenarios
