    That looks awesome!!!

I've got a sunroof so I went with that version and swapped my interior lights to MESO V2 red/white LED dome and maps along with the VLED footwell lights in red.

New to me (First Toyota ever) '21 SR5, I am pretty sure it's a Trail Edition but it sure wasn't sold as such. Has the trail boxes, power outlet and a skidplate up front.
Thoroughly enjoying the color and the dog likes the backseats flipped down in dog mode a lot better than my little G35 coupe.

Welcome to Team Army Green! You can run the VIN through Toyota's online lookup and see how it was originally configured.

That’s the best looking “SR5” I’ve ever seen then haha. I bet money it’s a Trail as well. You have the OR fenders, blacked out OR rims and you have fog lights (pretty sure those don’t come stock on a SR5 but not certain). Either way, if it is indeed an SR5, whoever had it before ya built it into a Trail/OR style Tacoma. Nice truck bud, welcome

Yeah according to YT between the skid plate, fog lights, trail box coolers and the cream accent stitching in the seats it’s a Trail but when I plugged the Vin into Toyota it just said SR5 Tech Package so I guess it’s whatever I wanna call it at this point.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys, it’s good to join the Taco cult and the AG chapter at that!

Identity crisis for sure. If it’s a Trail, they swapped out the heritage grill that would have come on it.

I don’t recall if the Trail has an electronic diff locker like the OR. Maybe someone else can chime in.

This is from Toyota's press announcement on the 2021 special editions.

2021 Trail Special Edition: Carry In, Carry Out…. In Style

Toyota Tacoma buyers love the great outdoors, and in fact, sit at the top of their segment for participation in outdoor activities like camping, fishing, and hiking. To celebrate and support all that fresh-air fun, Toyota is introducing the 2021 Tacoma Trail Special Edition with an emphasis on extra storage, convenience and unique styling.

The Tacoma Trail will be based on the SR5 and available in both 2WD and 4WD powertrains. Available Trail color choices include Army Green, Cement, Midnight Black, and Super White.

All Trails feature black exterior badging, plus black seating with tan stitching. In all versions, standard all-weather floor liners help catch the outdoor elements that come in on occupants’ feet. The 2021 Tacoma Trail also features a set of Dark Gray 16-inch TRD Off-Road wheels with Kevlar All-Terrain tires, and the grille from the Tacoma Limited adds a custom touch. A 120-volt power outlet in the bed adds versatility, and lockable bed storage includes insulation and drain plug on the driver side to double as a cooler.

In 2021 that’s what a trail looked like. 2022 saw more updates to the trail like heritage grill, rear locker, bronze trail wheels, black badges, and a small front lift

Sweet, Trail Edition it is. Really like the bronze wheels so between that and a pro grille I think I've got the first two changes mapped out.
Has anyone put bronze inlays in the tailgate lettering and did it look good?

I have the OEM black inlays and coated them with HyperDip bronze gold. (basically a plasti-dip)
    Bronze Gold HyperDip® Aerosol – DipYourCar.com
I did the side emblems and lettering on my Pro grille with it as well and it nearly perfectly matches my matte dark bronze SCS BR6 wheels. I love the look.
