ARP Lexus studs and open end lugs the struggle is real

The struggles are so real!!!

Ok so I did Lexus ARP studs on all 4 corners, now I need open end lugs, I like the gorilla lugs I've used them for a long time they work well. Does anyone have a source for an open end ET gorilla lug that comes with 24 lugs all I can find are 20 packs and then I can't find a 4 pack to save my life.... Bit of a time crunch on this one, my current gorilla lugs bottom out before they secure the wheel properly, I need to have my truck in rolling condition in the next week and a bit any help is appreciated
