I am having ongoing problem with my 2007 Std cab. I put a trailer T kit on it when I bought it in 2007 and all has been fine until this year. All of a sudden when I stepped on the brakes with the trailer (newly rewired and tested) the right rear trailer light would blink.

After trying to resolve the problem, I had to walk away for a bit due to other projects.

This evening I noticed that when I step on the brakes with NO trailer attached, the right front turn signal light illuminates!

I had planned to purchase a new trailer light T adapter kit since I thought that the module might be bad. Now I don't know if that is so.

Anyone had a similar problem or suggestions as to how to trouble shoot?

    Many thanks

Can you unhook the T, and see if it does it with just the stock wiring? That might limit some of the chasing.

Thanks! I get on that tomorrow. I hope it's that simple.
