I think I pissed off a gym. Mystic had the gym, and I had a plinker in there. They tore it down. When it was grey, I dropped in gyarados before they had time to add a defender. No attack was made on it for 2 hours.

Came across this gym and found it easy to level up, got it to level 8 and put my gyarados on it. Other pokemon after the kabuto were 1500+

 

Fear the old pokemons.

 

Went to a brewery with the cycling team, and then to a bar for post ride drinks. Now I think I'm about to head to another brewery.

 

At the dog park with the pups and it has two pokestops on it, might as well drop a lure

 

Lure brought these fellas, happy about dat 141 Magikarp

 

There was a damn blastoise on my nearby pokemon couldn't find him bout got this rock thing

 

When you use a lure does it show stuff on your nearby or do they just pop up? Like the Blastoise...was he just around or was it because of the lure?

I walked around for about 45min. Only things of note were a 500+ Oddish and 500+ Raticate. Caught some magikarps, pidgeys, rats, and a nidoran (female) too. Thought about using an incense but didn't know if I'd be out for 30min or not when I thought about it. I'll probably go walk the main drag through town tomorrow for a bit. It's got about 8pokestops on it and they usually have lures

 

Just pops up, the blastoise wasn't because of the lure. He was away from where the lures were because I walked all around them

 

I couldn't find a lot of stuff tonight that was on my nearby but with it showing anything within 70meters it's literally like standing in the end zone and every way I look I have a full football field in front of me where that Pokemon could be. I really hope they fix the footprint thing, or let us use pokevision

I don't think lured pokemons appear on your nearby screen

 

Also a Charmeleon was on my nearby I couldn't find

 

Yea they just pop up

 

The guy who caught all the US ones used Ingress to find a lot. It has white dots that are "matter" and the pokemons show up in spots where the white dots are thickest. I downloaded it but haven't set it up yet. Going to wait and see what comes from this pokevision hiatus before I go to extreme measures...

 

We did a lot of walking today. Nothing too exciting. I did get 2 vaporeons so that's pretty cool.
