I've had mine not log any of my movement but then when I get out of the app and go back in later the distance caught up. So maybe the others will catch up later?

 

Is it just me, or since the update, has the physics for throwing pokeballs changed?

 

I've missed a lot but I don't know if it is the update or not. I had a karp yesterday that was the jumpiest I have seen and I threw about 5 under it.

I also just recently switched from the AR to no AR so I am still adjusting to that too (thanks a lot @tacopaulo)

 

My Gyarados' attacks, I guess they are good since both are dragon attacks

 

Haven't noticed but they do look different

i have been over throwing and under throwing a lot more often it seem, I also saw a video where a guy ran painters tape on either side of the pokeball the length of the screen so he could only throw it straight, but that wouldn't help my over/under issue, and you would have painters tape on your phone screen all the time which would make texting and such a bit of a pain

 

Dragon damage does 2x against dragons. And that's pretty much it. Lol

Gyarados is good against Dragonite, if you have dragon attacks.

 

If you have AR and sound on I'm judging you

 

I just always throw a curve ball and haven't had any issues with the update

I have a pretty good ratio of hit vs misses with getting zubats the first time. Not so much anymore. It's like the tossing physics changed, and even somewhat of the camera angle.

Even the lures I dropped at high spawn points aren't working that well anymore.

Me thinks they took the nerfbat to the game.

I turned AR off on Friday when you called me out trying to find that Squirtle

I turned the music off Saturday when I went for that bike ride so I could listen to Eric Church instead.

I left the FX on though so I could hear when one popped up, and I also like to hear the ding when I get a direct hit with my pokeball so I know it probably won't pop out that time ...

 

This is the only reason to have sound effects on. I run/cycle instead of walking and would rather not be looking at my phone 100% of the time.
