i could see that happening. i dont think the maritime provinces think they are better than us westerners. if someone is going to think they are better than us its usally going to be someone from ontario or quebec but i've only had a one incident where someone has though they were better because they were from another province.

 

thats the impression that us westerners get.

ok so i checked it out and it looks like the russians had settle on some of those islands so when you guys bought it there were no border changes. if you find out anything more let me know.

I found the town of Wainwright but didn't see anything that said proving grounds. I'm guessing its that area to the south. I saw a lot of Range Roads..
