    got my new truck in april 2011, looked up how to pull the console and headrests out of my back seat and thought I may aswell join. had a 2007 trd offroad access cab until recently.

    If your curious, me and my buddy where actually looking to buy said 523k$ house just to see if we could afford it,

    Payments woulda been 3100$ a month
    Property taxes were 2800$ a year

    Canadian law minimum 5% down payment: 26,150$

    35 year mortgage, in the end the cheap as house would've cost us: 1,302,000$
