    The housing market here is going to go way higher in the next three years trust me. Bought my place in 99 for 127,000 it was appraised in December for 525,000

    very true, unless you don't ever plan to own the property. it makes sense if you only plan to be there 4 or 5 years.

    You mean highway 13? or 3?? wtf is that road called?? still all dirt?

    got stuck on that thing in a rain storm and massive muddy hills, good thing we were in a light car and me an my buddy rocked it outta mud holes

    i dont remember the number but its paved all the way from la loche to the alberta border and from the border to fort mac i think is just a gravel or winter road
