    I don't watch soccer, and I know there are (American) football guys who like to say it's a sport for sissies... but I respect soccer players. Those dudes (and chicks) are studs, and I wouldn't want to phuck with them. Just because there's not insane amounts of contact doesn't make it a sissy sport, and doesn't make it an injury-free sport.

    I'm a huge American football fan, and even I get sick of the "soccer is for girls" crowd. F'ing rednecks.

    Still... saying that winning by more than 5 goals creates a loss is total crap.

    i was in alberta 3 weeks ago and we hunted on "crown public land" near
    calling lake. the outfitter told me that the queen owns all the land. he
    said that the oil co. up there leases it from her and that she owns all the
    land. now he could have been to referring to "public land", i am not sure
    about that. i just could not beleive it.

    crown land just means its owned by the government the queen herself doesn't actually own it. Canada is part of the commonwealth but that doesn't mean Britain or the queen has any say of what goes on here.

    you are right, but it has not been long since they did.
