Hm... I just figured I misread your post, stupid foreigners...

I do metal washer against bolt, rubber against tank inside, on outside of tank I do rubber against tank, then metal washer, then nut, then connect it to bowl, washer against bowl then nut. Awesome system, I have yet to have bolts I put in leak.

Honestly I was a little grossed out when I started, now I don't really give a fuck, when I find tampons or anything else in the line, I just show it to the tenant, doesn't phase me at all...

Unless the nuts on the bottom of the tank hit the bowl. Then the tank to bowl seal won't make. That's the only problem I've ever come across. But that what I do aswell.

I have never had that happen, but then I only install the cheapest toilets possible, since that's what my boss wants me to do... So my toilet expertise covers the cheapest toilet you can buy at HD.

This. It definitely desensitizes you. Smells sights the sound when you pull a cat out of a shower drain. Look up zip it tool on YouTube. Lol

I have irrigation on one of the properties... One day I run the irrigation and cat bones and flesh washes out from the irrigation line, the smell was amazing.

No. I do this all day, so have no desire to do it when I get home. I had broken dishwasher in my house for a month before I got to replacing it...LOL And that only took me less than 15 minutes...
