    I think the only way it would work is if we moved the capital to a more centralized location and forced Congress to live in their 'home district' for at least half the year. Actually, that's probably a good idea in and of itself.

    He was also Jewish, so correct me if I'm wrong, but that means he belonged less to America and Germany than he does to the Jewish state. At the time he became naturalized, it was a "Jewish state."

    As far as America pushing dumb people on the world, really it's been through the smart Americans that the rest of world eagerly chews up whatever America decides to export. Not sure where all this dumb stuff comes from...
