    I've lived in the South...good people...but very ignorant of things outside their own sphere of accessibility. (As a general rule. There are many people who live in the South who are very in-tune with domestic and foreign affairs.)

    I love southerners -- they are without a doubt the nicest folk I have ever met. But I'm pretty sure the state of Mississippi single-handedly keeps all daytime TV in business.
