    neglect, mostly.
    Here in North Carolina I cant ever remember (im 20) a time when it was below 0 degrees Fahrenheit. thats about as cold as it ever gets here in the winter. maybe a foot of snow once a year out of 3-5 actual days that it snows all year. . . summer time - super humidity and consistent 100 degree Fahrenheit days June through August. some less, some slightly more. . . but like whippersnapper said, the weather is going crazy all across the States right now. we're having crazy wind and temperature swings on the east coast and theyre getting snow where they havent had it in 30 years, wild stuff. . . last weekend i went fishing, in february, im talking shorts and t-shirts up till 7 in the evening. and thats a month where we can usually get one or two snows.
