WE went to apple bees for lunch today and after i got the check the server said thankyou.. like they usually do to be nice and after that he ask if we believed in christmas... so he could say merry christmas and he said it in a whisper so no one could hear him (he could get fired if a manager could hear him). what are me coming to, that stuff would not have happened 10-20 years ago.. i guess it is company policy to not say anything to the table.. Just in case if that next table complaines.

so what did it do.. i yelled merry christmas and the manager came up to me and said i shouldnt said it.. just so i would not offened anyone... i told him.. he was a crock of.... you know..

Every one wants to push for tolerance when it comes to every thing except when it comes to Christmas and what it really celebrates! it so funny how 2 faced people in this country are.

:annoyed:I'm so sick of this country and everyone's push for tolerance and being p.c. Who is going to get offended by hearing someone saying merry christmas? I know I wouldn't be all bent out of shape if I heard someone tell me happy hanukkah. Christmas is barely even a religious holiday anymore anyway.

Glad to here the OP fought the man!

Hey just so everyone knows...if you happen to be in the neighborhood and want to check the LAVs out just give me a shout ahead of time and i can get it locked on for a weekend. You could check em out and then we could take you into the simulators and shoot some stuff.
