Both vehicles have to adjust their speed to merge safely.

Not in America. That's literally not the law. It's certainly a courtesy by the car in the right lane to slow down, but isn't required. The vehicle in traffic has the right of way.

I routinely adjust my speed accordingly when I'm on an on ramp. I'm either in rocket ship mode and getting out in front, or I'm slowing down and merging in behind.

There are many circumstances where the vehicle who has the right of way does not yield to the other driver. I won't go through all the scenarios b/c it's pointless and this is a parking thread.

We went full Get Off My Lawn but I think that's b/c I'm old.

At the gym. Honestly not aggravated by this one since it's never full...and that has to be one of the cleanest 2nd gen Rangers I've seen in a while since most are probably in junkyards now.

Yes, because the potential for the lot to become full at anytime before the asshole removes their shitty parking job always exists.

Too many handicap spaces?, shit we need wayyyy more in my area, one of the doctors that I see once a month at the city hospital has hundred of parking spaces for the 3 floor building and ONLY 6 handicap spaces, most of the hospitals around here have very few handicap spaces compared to regular spaces... When you are handicap and have to park and walk a long way because all the handicap spots are full, you tend to notice these things... lol

    I don't get it... lol
Also can't read the yellow sticker...

Are people pulling in approaching that spot from the left? Looks like they are over steering trying to clear the car or spot on the left

My father in law is a paraplegic…. If I see someone parked in a handicap parking stall and I see them get out of their vehicle with clearly no sign of being handicapped. I walk by their vehicle. If I see no handicap parking permit or documentation. They may or may not end up getting a nice deep key down the side of their vehicle.

The minimum number of Handicapped spots is mandated by law. Business can put it more than required, but not less.
I have dealt with it in my full time job a few times. I can tell you that it requires an act of God to even move a HC spot, let alone add another one, like in hospital parking garage above. HC spot are wider than regular spot, and even moving HC spot from right to the left would require restriping the entire row. Most of the time companies bulk at the additional expense and do not move the HC spots. Adding new HC spots means reducing the total number of parking spots available.
