ASSHOLE PARKING

It's "entitlement" when people do it just to do it. The spot are marked by the business so blame the business, not pregnant women.

 

Correct. Which is why I said laws and or rules. A business can have you towed by breaking their rules.

 

It's "entitlement" to feel that you deserve an advantage over others due to your decision to reproduce.

We both disagree with each other, that is fine, we are each "entitled" to our own opinion.

 

I know that Sam's Club won't tow you for parking in the "Employee of the Month" spot...

I fail to see how a pregnant woman parking in a handicap spot has anything to do with you unless you yourself are handicapped and need that spot. Get off your self righteous high horse and move the fuck on.

 

I didn't lobby Babies R Us for a pregnant parking spot. A business has the right to cater to their customers. Grocery stores, kids stores, shopping malls, they have the right to provide specific parking to specific customers. I agree that we're all entitled to our own opinions, but I think your dislike of the parking spots is misdirected.

And as @CaptAmerica pointed out, it's up to the business to enforce it.

I work at a car dealership, this guy managed to take up two spots in a line entirely of corollas.. Common sense is hard people. Stuff like this happens all the time

 

Slap a $2,500 price tag on it. That'll teach 'em.

 

Should've squeezed yourself right into the spot there next to their driver's door and then watched as they climbed in from the passenger side.

 

Or tow them. It's the business' decision what to do, not yours, haha. After all, it's their property. If they want to ticket them, they will. If they don't think it's a big deal, neither should you. If it pisses you off, shop somewhere else, like shit.

Hey man, this is not about preggers parking in handicapped spots. My grandmother is wheelchair bound, I completely respect those with badges / placards. The discussion was over the validity of expectant mother / mother with child parking spots.

On a lighter note, I took a picture of the truck from a few pages back, the red one with the business magnet on the side... I took a picture of the screen and then texted it to that number and told him congratulations on becoming internet famous for parking like a retard....

It's not an enforceable parking zone. There's no citation that can be given for using it. Being pregnant doesn't make you special.

 

No one said it made you special. It's been discussed over and over already what and how those spots work/are for, and what rules/laws apply to them. Taking the high road and keeping the rest of the comments to myself. Already indulged myself, and probably yourself, by responding to your post. Enough said.
