    On a trip to Kentucky last weekend. Watched them pull up and park if you can call it that. They did discharge an elderly man, who by appearances justly needed the parking space. But no excuse for the drivers lack of skill!

    didn't get a picture of the sign but all along this street it says "no parking or stopping <-->"

    usually it's lined with police and sheriff vehicles. this is even during rush hour traffic. ppl from downtown areas can relate
