    Not sure where this is but in TX it is illegal to park on the wrong side of the street (against the flow of traffic).

    The license plate is Washington, and the bar is called Rainier Bar & Grill. So it's almost certainly somewhere in Western Washington. From the 18 years I spent up there, I can't recall anything illegal about parking against traffic.

    An unusually high amount of pinstriping.
    It's a two lane road, granted the lines are faded but you can easily see them will driving. There were four to five spaces two cars back that he could have used on the correct side of the road. The guy just wanted to park close to the bar.

    Edit: I'm on the phone with the buddy that I was out with that night. He herd the guy came out to a ticket on the window. Can't confirm, just what he told me.
