    Maybe they’re “in-patient” (misspelling intentional)...

Good catch. Evidently WA DMV missed that.

Nice. It's probably a non-personalized plate since it conforms to the standard pattern here (3 letters + 4 numbers, and all the plates in this county start with A), and personalized plates are so expensive here... but maybe someone at the DMV knows him and thought it was fitting.

If you see that car again, especially if it is parked the same way, you should put a note on the windshield explaining the possible meaning of the plate. :D

Gonna give that one to ya. According to WA DMV, that letter-number combo cannot be used for a personalized plate.

    But it’s still funny.

The lady just proceeded to mess with her phone for like 5 or so minutes after she parked, like nothing was wrong..

Id have even given this one a pass if they had parked across a few spots (remotely in the lot) because they are too long for a regular space. But no... had to go hang his ass out in the travel lane...

I'm not sure this constitutes full asshole parking. He or she is within the lines on the right and not in the planter on the left. There isn't a sidewalk on the left that he/she is intruding on. Marginal pass in my book and is probably protecting from getting that last door ding on the passenger side.

Whats missing is that I 'was' parked to the right of this monstrosity. Within my lane. Could have easily backed up and straighten out. But naw, lets just leave rubber on the curb... (from the looks of it, this is not the first time either.)
