    Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I am here to prove the Kia is innocent, a victim of a horrendous crime! In the snipit below, I present evidence of the Corolla's guilt of submarining into...NAY underneath the van in question.
    Note the mark on the Kia bumper where the victim was struck by the Corolla in an attempt to get into an already occupied parking space. Occupied by, the victim...the Kia minivan. Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I ask of you to find our Kia not guilty as a heinous criminal accused of launching itself on top of the car, which I might add it seems rather impossible, even for Florida...but as the true victim in this crime. All this Kia wanted to do was celebrate with a bottle of wine, and instead gets struck by DICK'S in the rear...

    You can CLEARLY see there are leaves from the bush in front. Leaves who could not just grow legs and walk to the roof, they were moved there. How you ask?
    By the GUILTY KIA!
    The KIA rudely ripped these leaves from the bush, backed up and a top the poor defenseless Toyota and planted the leaves on the roof as an act of assault.

    Case closed your honor.

    Clearly the KIA is trying to throw out the incriminating evidence. As you can see, it hasn't been touched nor tampered with per the photographic evidence.
