    A couple miles from my house there was once a 7-11. It has now be bought by and converted into a Circle K, roughly 2 years ago I think. It has been or had attempts to be robbed 4 or more times since the change.

    Not bashing either brand. I rarely feel either are very safe. Just an observation.

    I worked mids at a gas station in college. At 2300 the door was locked and any purchases had to fit in a tiny security hatch with a lazy susan in it. One side couldn't open when the other was open. In between me and the dregs of 3AM humanity was 4" of some kind of bullet resistant material and a speaker/microphone setup.

    I don't care how bad you gotta pee, I ain't unlocking that door.

    Was robbed zero times.
