    I was stunned. Then she casually got in after police waited for her 5 mins and pulled forward into a spot like a normal person.

    This is all I could think of, seeing this.

    I've had it done to me. Roll into the station with the 5 ton truck turning to line up for their one diesel outlet, and a person wips in in their VW sedan, then sits there for 5 min. Texting. Then they leave their car to go into the station for another 10 min. Before returning to fuel.up their car. No point in honking, because they are too oblivious and centered on their little bit of drama. Pushing them out of the way was a tempting thought.

    The spots on the right are signed for delivery parking for the building and have perfectly ample space for a delivery van. But why bother with that?

    Here we have one of those rare compact model delivery vans (they parked in a compact spot). Okay, this one didn't really bother me much since the lot wasn't that busy as you can see two empty spaces on either side, and at least the gal had it in the lines. It's big enough that it was nearly on the line on both sides though.
