Just enough to look kinda cool.
Why not just park another space over then?

Actually what happened that day was a Ford F-150 was parked in the empty spot to the left, right on the line, forcing the Chevy to park on the white line. A small Kia was parked in the right spot against the curb, leaving the jeep room to park over the line and away from the Chevy. The Ford And Kia left, leaving the spaces exactly as you see them in the picture.
It was a Friday, 10am, I remember the day well, a girl named Veronica exited the building and I glanced at my watch, noting the time. I had no idea at the time what was in store for the weekend.

    Or, who knows.

Was the Kia by chance one of those hamster cars?

Now THIS is asshole camper parking. In Yellowstone, there are 2 lots with RV spaces in this area but this dickhead decided he'd rather take up 6 regular spots so he didn't have to walk an extra 100 yards to the trailhead

And this is me doing my best to not be an asshole. Parked out at the next to last row, end of the line. Most parking spaces in Yelly are a bit generous sizewise- some folks still struggle  - and even so I'm taking up 2 spots on the end, if it was middle of the row in a normal lot I'd be taking up 4

Lazy, self absorbed....i could go on...
It also irks me to see freaking compact cars parked in the RV / bus only spots

awww no pass you could have parked perpendicularly to the space, jumped on the curb and only taken one space

jk jk when my dad got his slid in camper I ended up parking it a few times in parking lots and it is impossible to not take at least 1 1/4 parking spaces. I just view it as compact/motorcycle parking

Is he parked, or waiting his turn for the drive through?

Delivery drivers are special, just ask them. I’ve seen them block an entire block by parking side by side in the traffic lanes, in or in front of handicap spaces and my personal favorite block folks in.

I had one pull in behind me and when I ask them to move the driver refused as his delivery was very important and he was running late.

I sat for almost 20 minutes before they returned. Several weeks later they parked where I had been. I finally got back to my truck about 4 hours later.

    They behaved after that.

Kinda' resembles one at first glance, but it looks more like a tree to me.
