    Pretty obvious why this person ended up here; I went into my favorite sandwich shop to take a dump and get lunch. I park here all the time and nobody gives a shit!

    Wasn’t in there more than ten minutes and this is what I came out to; Words were exchanged…

    For the record, the spot did not say “Reserved” on it or say it was only for employees of the business the spot is located behind…

    Used to be a handicap spot, but the owner of the property turned two spots on another part of the property into handicap spot; The woman who owns the business I was parked behind was not disabled and was just upset that I parked in “her” spot. Until a week ago, the spot belonged to my friends who owned the aforementioned sandwich shop across the street and they always let me park there.

    Moral of the story? The spot is now rented by someone else and I’m never going to park there again! Seriously though, it’s no longer a handicapped spot…

    I say again; FORMER handicap spot…

    The owner of the property turned two spots elsewhere on the property into handicapped spaces and this one is just a normal spot now; The Karen who owns the green Highlander is NOT handicapped.

    My dad’s already said that woman crossed a line since a week ago I was allowed to park there, and the spot is not marked; I’ve learned my lesson and am never gonna park there again…

    @Taco critter

    Just about everyone on TW knows that I used to work as a barback at a venue called Puck that is just steps away from this parking space; I’ve known the owners since 2010 and I worked there from November 2014 to January 2019. The bar closed indefinitely for renovations in February 2019; and then COVID hit…

    Anyway, this is not my first encounter with some self-righteous Karen over something on that property, and this incident I’m about to tell you about didn’t even involve parking; In 2017 or 2018, I threw something in the dumpster on the property. I had some food wrappers and plastic bottles or something in my truck, and as an employee of Puck at the time, I was allowed to use the dumpster within reason. I tossed whatever it was in the dumpster, and the next thing I know some unfamiliar woman in a burgundy Toyota Sienna is bitching at me about it being a private dumpster…

    I told her that I worked at Puck and was thus within in my rights to use the dumpster; She went full Karen and was like “Do you really?” I gave her a homicidal glare, told her again that I did in fact work there, and name-dropped the owner of the property who also owned the bar where I worked, and that shut her up. I told the owner about this, she took my side, and I never had a problem again…

    And another time in Doylestown I was walking my boss’s dog; I was on a street with no sidewalk and saw a car speeding, so I jumped up onto the grass to avoid getting hit. The owner of the adjacent house started going off on me about “how I’d better not let that dog shit in his yard.” I ended up giving him a piece of my mind and telling him exactly what I was doing, and it shut up him up…

    The verdict? Doylestown Borough is full of assholes who automatically assume the worst; One of the most common issues is people who act like they caught you pissing on their mother’s grave when all you did was unwittingly park in “their” spot. I am not the only person this happens to, sadly…

    I don't think I've ever seen a 6 post explanation for a parking spot.

    That’s because it’s an ongoing issue in Doylestown; Unwittingly park in someone’s spot, and you may as well be pissing on their mother’s grave…

    The other spots are marked reserved.

    Lady needs to get out there with some stencils and a rattle can.

    just flew into Chicago and my partners family was just telling me how people block off their alley with dumpsters and he has to move them to get to his parking spots in the back.

    The way the bar looks, it was either mounted close to the bumper or has already been used once. It should have a little between cover and bar to collapse before hitting the bumper. I have a few inch gap on mine. @PennSilverTaco:):rofl:
