    I lived in FL for about 10yr & still got family there; I don't visit bc I'd have to go down there.

    The HOA gestapos + zero lot line homes (shudder)

    One good hurricane hit and the state will be bankrupt from all the homeowners insurance they had to underwrite instead mandating more responsible development..

    my good friend keeps trying to get me to move to FL, I don't like humidity+heat at 90+ each for one, and also I hate the people. Especially with the boom going on, yeesh. they dozed dozens and dozens of groves to make housing plans :puke:
