I was the asshole today. Not because of how I parked, but what I said to someone who parked like an asshole.
POS GTO with some hefty people in it parked about 2 ft over the line. As I was walking by I told them that if they parked at the end of the lot and walked instead of the front, they might lose enough weight to not be considered oversized loads.

They appeared to be the type to each get a large pizza, a party size bag of doritos, and a 2L diet Pepsi for dinner.

this does frustrate me when people park this way

I was behind a Prius a couple weeks ago, who was driving five under the limit. Bumper sticker on the left read, "The closer you get, the slower I drive." I put that to the test and it was indeed true. The bumper sticker on the right, which had much smaller lettering, read, "'Bro, sweet Prius!' -Nobody. Ever." So, he was rude, but honest and with a sense of humor.

On topic: I don't have a picture, but I bought a '22 TRD Pro yesterday and managed to park with about two feet of bed hanging out in the lane (in a very low traffic, far-away-by-foot, empty corner of the parking lot) when I took my wife and son to dinner last night. Alas, I didn't fix my asshole-ish parking. I did, however, feel bad about it. But, now that I've admitted to being that guy, I feel better. I also did keep an eye on it while we ate. Two cars drove in front of the joint the whole time we were in there; nobody ever went way back in that corner. So I guess it was OK this one time and promise not to do it again.

In my defense, with the freakishly large growth in the middle of the hood and the steep drop off just in front of it, I haven't quite built up the innate sense of "this is exactly where the front of the truck is." The sight picture is radically different than the JGC I've been driving for the last twelve years.

Meh, never really cared for the taste of crayons and licking windows isn't really my thing.
Besides it's more disgust than phobia.

Personally, I love the taste of the scarlet and gold crayons. I had a '09 Mazda 5 "micro" van that I could easily squeeze into spots where people were clearly over the line. The sliding doors made it all that much easier. More than once did I come out to people, clearly upset waiting for me to move. My daily driver now is a '04 VW Golf and I am sure I am the asshole driver when I go to park my truck the few times a month it comes out of the garage.

I didn't get any pictures because it wouldn't have been very subtle in the dark but I'm sure I was the only person at Canadian Tire this evening not taking up at least two parking spaces.

The crew cab short box F150 nearest to me was ok except that he needed to pull forward so his bumper wasn't hanging over into my spot behind.

The F150 Platinum next to him was at such an angle that his right rear tire was in the spot next to his and the corner of his bumper was in the spot behind.
