Anyone ever have this? Trying to ditch Cox Cable out here in San Diego and they recently wired the U-verse stuff into my area...What are your opinions?

I have it here in Reno. I really like what the service has to offer (when it works). I have had the services installed 4 times in 3 years. Each installer comes out and says, oh here is the problem, the last guy did a shit job. Each time it works for a few weeks and then the problems start again. I think in the end it is because I am too far away from the hub, if you are going to do it make sure you are close to the hub otherwise it seems to freeze all the time and not provide the bandwidth promised or that I pay for.
