Hi all, I swear I researched, searched, and read a ton of threads here but I'm now more confused. 1999 Tacoma SR5, 3RZ-FE engine and I believe A340F tranny. For ATF, the FSM states "D-II or DEXRON III". I want to use OEM but all I'm finding is ATF WS or T-IV.

Which should I use if I want to stick with OEM?

Thank you. Was hoping I could get all the fluids in one order but looks like I've got some extra shopping to do!

Had the same issue for my 2001, but I couldn't even get a clear answer on the dex or t-IV. I ended up just using amsoil.

You can use the oem toyota one they sell at the dealer or valvoline or if you dont know what it is thats in the trans just use an additive like Lucas trans oil additive. I used valvoline synthetic and just add lucas cus of the age of the trans, I had hard shifting when cold and the lucas solved it.
