Does this bumper weigh much compared to a plate bumper such as Demello or Relentless?

Not really, the question was asked and Kevin said hed weigh it at the shop but didn't post the results. All he said was that it was not significantly less than the plate

I forget the exact weight now but it's up there with most of them. I think it was around like 115lbs or so but I'm not totally sure on that.

No bends on your side bars.

Nope, the reason for those bends was the angles were really hard to do with the straight ones. It would be the same doing with the radius as a straight (tough to plate).

Radius bend is in a different plane from the top crosstube, so the plate would actually have to be twisted in the middle.

While not impossible, it is extremely prohibitively expensive, as you can read in my post.

I know the reason behind it as I walked through this with Kevin before the change happened, but thanks for your superior insight on metal fabrication.

I'm just passing along what he told me, which is why it's a repeat of shit I posted almost a year ago.

Don't wanna discuss it, don't bring it up.

Bait? Im not fishing? When I said "superior insight" I meant that as to mine. I don't know a lot when it comes to the field of metal fab. I will drop it now as you seem angry for some reason? Anyway, have a good one!:)
