I recently purchased an Atoto A6 PF head unit (A6G2A7PF)or my 1st gen and can't download Themes. Anyone else with a newer Atoto head unit able to download themes successfully? There is one called Bulletproof I'm trying to use.

I have a strong internet connection in my driveway (I can stream youtube videos fine) but every time I go into Torque, settings from main screen, themes, it gives me the message below. I emailed Atoto customer service showing them how I could do the same action on my Samsung tablet using same internet connection without any issues.

My guess is that Atoto doesn't have an officially licensed version of Torque that comes preinstalled. I did buy Torque pro for my Samsung tablet so thinking I might uninstall it from the Atoto and then reinstall from Google play store.

Made little progress. I believe the “lite” version of Torque doesn’t allow downloading themes and that is the version loaded on the A6. I tested this theory on my tablet and seemed to confirm

So you have a first gen Tacoma but it looks like your head unit is above the AC controls. I have a 1998 tacoma and I didn't think they moved the stereo. Only reason I ask is I really need to finally get a head unit and I can't decide between a 7" and a 10" (i.e. EONON).

I have seen a picture of a 10" on a early first gen and it seems like it interferes with the heater controls but hard to tell from pictures.
Also I have heard complaints about the "soft" volume controls on these units in that they are hard to control when driving down the road and I don't want to bother with adding steering wheel controls. I see yours has buttons.

I really only need navi when I'm on remote highways for the most part so looking down may not be a big deal. The 10" tilts up a bit but don't know how much difference this really makes.

Anyhow, if you have a suggestion either way let me know, thanks. Apologies for hijacking your thread.
