***Attention Overlanders!!** Patch Drop!!!!

Still haven't recieved mine either.

 

@imtaconico when are we getting our patches. And no I don't your $5 just the patch

 

I finally got one to show up. It was in the mailbox Saturday.

Don't mean to raise hell over a $4 patch (when it was on sale the 4th), but make good on the products you produce. Out adventuring or not, have someone to staff the "storefront" at the least.

And I found it odd this happened with free stickers and now a patch I paid for. Is what it is, I'm over it now. Was before I got my patch.

 

First off, I don't produce these. I've had many successful group buys with up and coming small businesses here in TW.

Lest we forget, TW is a community not Amazon with Prime shipping. "I want it now" doesn't always happen here. At times, the businesses literally consist of one to two people producing gear for us here to benefit from. These business owners/entrepreneurs have full-time jobs, families, grocery shopping to do JUST LIKE YOU. Then, at 11 pm, they take on the business end. We're not talking huge corporations here with full on infrastructure and HR departments.
There are plenty of people just like this from TW...Prinsu designs, Bay Area Metal Fab, etc. are very successful here and started out small too. Lead times extended and emails didn't always get answered. I'm not saying it's a good thing but for goodness sakes, give them a bit more time to handle things and don't blast them for all to see, especially over a $5 patch. That's just poor form.

I will make the suggestion to them to add in an automatic reply email that states their return date, so customers are more aware of the lead times.

It's that simple. No need for frustration or threats of slander.

 

Yeah the delay is no big deal. Who cares. It's not a part you have to have to get the truck running.

They sent me a form email and said they would ship in the next few days, that they were busy with FJ Summit.

 

Got my notification today too.

 

Poor form is taking monies and not communicating. End of story. Don't take peoples money if you are too busy to fulfill the order.

If you don't produce em then don't stick your nose it in. Middle person with no control over the situation. Again I dont care about 5 bucks I want my friggin patch which I paid for. Don't get it twisted

 

Apparently you are unaware that a lot of companies here in TW don't have products already made, ready to ship. They are ordered then produced. Why the hostility? Can we all just chill out over some fabric? You'll get your patch sir.

Edit: Also, it's obvious they communicated recently with folks (which is a reasonable amount of time for being off the grid). You may want to check your email.
