Attic venting issues - too many vents?

    the house in my pic was built in 1974... Sofit vents AKA Bird Blocks... Then, someone added sofit covers to hide roof trusses. Too much restriction, so the "Sport Scoops" add flow.
    They work great.

    And I have to gable vents with a gable fan on an opposite end. The scoops really made a differnce.

    But they do not add 15 HP like the hood scoop on my 2014 Sport...
