So the short story is that I need a 4wheeler to run only 2 weeks a year. I would rather go with another option but not much choice. I found a Artic Cat XR alterra ltd for less than 1500. Supposedly runs great, sounds too good to be true. Will it fit in the bed of a 2015 dbl cab trd sport without long bed? If not then a 1995.5 reg can/bed tacoma? Any thoughts on the Artic Cat?
    Thanks for your thoughts.

    Bumping old thread.

Ltz 400, just fits between wheel wells, and no bumper- window weirdness. Will definitely strap before driving but practically perfect fit.

I just put my Polaris sportsman 570 in the back of my 2009 sport.
Rubbed a bit on the wheel wells. The winch is down low so no chance of breaking the center window. The Polaris bumpers made it stick out over the tail gate a bit. I rarely need to take my ATV out of the neighborhood there are ATV trails on the other side of the road. Nice to see it fits without having to deal with a trailer. And I forgot to take a picture.

2020 Sportsman 570 fit snug between the wheel wells, the rims rub but not bad. Didn't have to go over the wells. Def need a back rack though, but a tire or pallet works in a pinch.
