anyone of yall know much about the sedona wheels and tires?

the dealer has a bunch of the Rip saw RT’s think they are mounted on their spyder wheels. they have full sets for like $630 or something, and i get 10% off(loyal customer, since we get everything we need from them. oil filters all parts thru them.)

here is the info on the tire from the sedona website.

The Rip Saw RT is an extreme terrain aggressive radial. A 1-1/8 inch deep tread pattern cleans out well in mud and offers great traction and long lasting wear in all types of extreme terrain.
6 ply heavy duty, radial construction offers stability, a smooth ride and absorbs the impact in extreme trail conditions
    Available in nine popular sizes
Tread patter wraps onto the sidewall to increase traction in deep-rutted and muddy conditions

If you go in a lot of mud I would pass on those tires

yeah. i was watching some videos. i go in mud a bit. but one thing i don’t like about most mud tires is they have a rough ride on hard packed, on roads, gravel. They get chewed up pretty bad really fast.

I ride on just about everything other than sand. roads from some trails to others is easy to just jump on the road for 1 mile or so. hard backed dirt/gravel trails and old/new logging roads. we have mud lights on our recon. and i know others with atvs with different mud tires and have seen how the were doing all around trail riding.

if i rode 80% mud than i would get mud tires. but i ride maybe 20/30% mud.

edit: unless it’s raining and all the trails are muddy. i have not had much of a problem with the stock tires. i want something little wider, and more aggressive tread. and like how they are 6ply so less likely to get a flat.

I have these on my 4wheeler. They look really aggressive and are amazing in the mud. But they ride great on hard packed trails. And they are pretty cheap. They are mud gear tires

do they tear up grass real bad? we also use the rhino around the house, or i’ll help my buddy and use it around his house. i know that even the stock tires tour up the grass some if your turned real sharp, the rear diff is all ways locked, can’t unlock it. well maybe if i did a hole bunch of mods that i’m not going to do. it’s awesome on trails having it fully lacked all the time, specially when i put it in 4wd and lock the front.

Well if its locked in the rear yes those tires tear up grass pretty bad. My 4wheeler is locked. Mine doesn't see grass much but when it does it tears up grass bad

yeah, + and - to having it locked.

i don’t usually care, but mom and dad do some. My buddies dad dose not like the grass messed up bad. I like mud tires but have not seen them last very long doing more trails than mud.

Yeah mud tires generally wear out quick. I've had mine for 4 years and haven't seen hardly any wear. I paid 240 for all 4 tires together. Which isn't bad at all. I've probably got 200 hours or so on them. Probably more
Edit: probably 300 + cause I normally put about 75 hours on it a deer season

yeah. Wish they made mud tires that lasted a long time when rode a lot. Any time i go i usually do 40+ miles of trails, I have done 75 miles in one trip. and we use it all around the house. Reason we got it over a RZR, for the dump bed.
