Hey everybody. First post. Need some advice. So all of the speakers in the front of the truck stopped working at the same time. 4? 6? I’m not sure how many that is. The back speakers work fine. I checked the ‘audio’ fuses in the box and they SEEMED to be fine. Could this even be a fuse issue or is it probably something else? And do the front and back run off different power sources? Thank you so much to anyone who has any ideas.

    Yeah.
Need some more information. Does it have the factory radio or aftermarket? Several possibilities, but it kind of depends on whether anything has been done/changed.

If it's all OEM, either the wiring/connector for the fronts has corroded or become disconnected, or the power for the front channels is blown. If aftermarket, it really depends on what has been done.

Maybe you adjusted the Fader control by mistake? (this will be in the radio menu under Sound settings). Should be in (or near) the middle for all speakers to work.

That is a legitimate question. Hahahah. I had already checked and that wasn’t the issue.

All original. I guess maybe it is a corroded wire but I’m fairly illiterate with that stuff.

    Yeah.
Well, if it is OEM I would suspect that there's something up with the head unit. It has 2 main wiring connectors, one with power/ground/illumination/etc AND front speakers, and then another separate connector for just the rear speakers. So if it was a connector, I would suspect that there would be more wrong than just front sound. And it is highly unlikely for all front speakers to blow at the same time. Rodent damage probably wouldn't get all wires at once. That is why I am guessing that the output for the front channels has pooped the bed. But again, that is a guess.
