For having been here 7 years now, I'm fairly ignorant of locales outside my daily routine.

Ya, I plan on catching a ferry out of Fauntleroy. (I just don't want to add too many miles to my brand new baby. He already has over 5,000 and he's only a few months old!)

Probably the 0820 one. There's one at 0740 but that's just too early for a Saturday morning lol

I might be interested in this. How does this work? Do we need to book passage in advance? Pay there when getting on?

I don't see anything about needing a reservation on the WSDOT website. Is late August still considered "summer season" up here? If it's not, I say it's safe to just show up maybe like 30 minutes ahead of time....

I'm new to the site and just got my TRD Pro last week. I live in Seattle, Lake Union area and probably will be able to join you all if I don't make it to OR for the eclipse. Definitely sounds like a rad time and good way to meet some members.

Welcome! I think I know your rig. I also live in that area and I saw a brand new cement Pro in my parking garage last week. I think we are neighbors.

Thanks you all! Definitely stoked to meet some local members.

@FN-2187 Did you park next me in the garage today? If so I've seen you rig and it's nice. I also have the 2005 Lifted 4Runner too. We should go grab some lunch from the Whole Foods. Message me and let's meet up.

Sounds like a plan. I park in the basement. My storage locker is on P4 so while putting my bike away I saw your rig. Looking forward to checking it out better.

Im down, If I am not on the east side. I would be taking the Southworth boat since its 2 miles away. I may suggest early departure, on nice days the boat can have a hr wait time each way. In the morning on Sat and evening sun.

I'm curious to see if my dodge can hope to keep up with everybody else's tacomas, but I am scheduled that day to take my travel trailer to post falls at 11, and there is no way I can get over there.

Avoid the rock gardens, rest of tahuya is doable in pretty much anything.
